  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 pears
  • 2 cups of pineapple
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ tsp. of coconut oil
  • 1 inch raw turmeric and ginger root
  • A dash of black pepper

Instructions:

Peel the orange, the lemon, the ginger and the turmeric root. Chop the pears and the pineapples. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed.

Consume it fresh or store in the fridge for 3-5 days.

If you use a juicing machine, it will remove all of the important fibers in the waste, while the blender keeps them in the smoothie.
